The 3rd SERENADE Training School, held in Padua from September 22 to 26, 2025, was a great success. The program combined scientific sessions, industrial visits, and social activities, fostering rich exchanges between doctoral candidates, academic supervisors, and industrial partners.
The presentations were of high quality and covered a broad range of topics—from food packaging and recycling to advanced sensor systems and artificial intelligence in injection molding—highlighting the interdisciplinary spirit of the SERENADE network. Participants particularly appreciated the visits to the Sirmax facilities and the LAB TESI laboratories, which offered valuable insights into industrial applications. Overall, the event was productive, engaging, and strengthened collaboration within the consortium.
