SERENADE joint secondment at BSH-E: strengthening collaboration and innovation
August 18, 2026Following the joint secondment at BSH Electrodomésticos España, the SERENADE network will continue its collaborative journey with another joint secondment hosted by VITO in Belgium, one of the consortium’s key partners in sustainability and circular-economy research.
This second gathering will further strengthen the international and interdisciplinary nature of SERENADE, enabling researchers to deepen collaborations, exchange expertise, and explore new perspectives across the project’s scientific domains. Such mobility activities are at the heart of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network model, encouraging knowledge transfer between organizations and sectors while supporting the professional development of the doctoral candidates.
Beyond the scientific discussions, the secondment at VITO will provide an excellent opportunity to build lasting professional connections and reinforce the shared commitment of all partners to developing innovative solutions for more sustainable food storage, quality monitoring, and waste reduction.
