A rigorous, fair, and multicultural recruitment process has made it possible to bring together talent from different countries, despite administrative challenges and strategic changes. Its multidisciplinary and hybrid approach stands out, integrating research and industrial practice, promoting innovation, joint learning, and the transformation of scientific knowledge into real-world applications.
