How can smart technology and sustainable materials transform the way we manage food at home?
May 19, 2026Our DC2 Revathy Gurusamy will be participating as a speaker at Pint of Science this year in Zaragoza, representing the SERENADE Project. The event brings science out of the lab and into local bars, with short and accessible talks on a wide range of topics. My talk, “How science helps us understand when leftovers in the fridge go bad” will focus on her PhD research and how science can support food quality and sustainability. It’s a great opportunity to share research in a fun and engaging environment.
It will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy interesting scientific discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
